Adrian Inhulsen PTA , CSCS is a PT assistant at Exchange PT. Adrian’s passion for human movement and performance developed early in his years as a decorated multi-sport athlete. At Rutgers University, Adrian studied Applied Kinesiology and earned his Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. During his senior year, Adrian seized his opportunity to intern at EPTG where he was introduced to Jaclyn and Drew. EPTG was where Adrian built his reputation for being the fun-loving, compassionate and hard worker he is known as today; and it is also the place where Adrian found out that his true calling was to help others. During his time working at EPTG Adrian also earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Adrian believes in bridging both Strength and Conditioning and PT principles to create a more functional approach to rehabilitation. Most recently Adrian earned an Associate in Applied Science in PTA from Essex County College. Adrian’s array of professional experiences include working with the overhead and rotational sport athlete, balance training for adult and older adult populations, neuromuscular re-education manual techniques to restore muscle and joint symmetry, postural re-education, and core strengthening to promote stability and endurance.
