Dr. Daniella Spillert is a Physical Therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group Downtown Hoboken. She earned a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2020 from The University of Delaware. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University Brooklyn in 2023 where she was the recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award.
During her graduate studies, Dr. Daniella had the opportunity to complete clinical rotations in a variety of settings including sports performance in New Jersey, inpatient rehabilitation at Brooklyn Methodist, and inpatient orthopedics abroad in Italy.
She has experience treating a variety of conditions ranging from ACL reconstructions, hip and knee replacements, neurological conditions, and orthopedic injuries.
Having been a competitive soccer player growing up and tearing her ACL thus requiring extensive physical therapy, Dr. Daniella is passionate about being developing trusting therapist- patient relationships. She understands the hardships that come with injuries both physically and mentally and hopes to be a resource for her patients.
