Dr. Jailyn Cepeda is a physical therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group Hoboken. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Rutgers University in 2017, where she was the captain of the D1 Rutgers Cheerleading team. She then went on to earn her DPT degree from New York University in 2020. Dr. Jailyn earned her Certification in Dry Needling (Cert. DN) through American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. In addition to her Physical Therapy degree, she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Dr. Jailyn has experience working in outpatient orthopedics in the clinic setting and home care setting for adults with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and neurological conditions, as well as pre and post-surgical rehab. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and athletic capabilities to enable them to return to the activities and sports that they love to do.
Dr. Jailyn enjoys pilates and strength classes, and taking walks around Hoboken with her Mini Bernedoodle, Leo. In the clinic, she always aims to create a warm and empathetic environment during her treatment sessions, while utilizing her knowledge and expertise to provide high quality care.
