Dr. Lauren Catena is Physical Therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group in Uptown Hoboken. She earned her B.S. in Health Science from Boston University in 2018 and her DPT from High Point University in 2022. Lauren is also certified through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation to treat conditions affecting the pelvic floor including urinary incontinence/urgency, pre/postpartum, vaginismus, painful intercourse, endometriosis etc.
During her career, Dr. Lauren has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care, pelvic floor, and home care.
