Dr. Paula Jordan
Director of Rehabilitation, Hoboken
Dr. Paula Jordan is a staff physical therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group. She holds a B.S. in Health Science Studies with a minor in Biomedical Sciences, in addition to her Doctorate of Physical Therapy – all from Quinnipiac University. Dr. Jordan has a special interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation and women’s health, with the goal of addressing orthopedic and functional needs for both men and women. She is trained in treating lower back and leg pain associated with pregnancy, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, incontinence, pubic symphysis dysfunction, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, C-section scar pain, and deQuervain’s tenosynovitis. She is also certified in Selective Functional Movement Assessment, a comprehensive movement based diagnostic system used to classify movement patterns and direct manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions. Before beginning her career at EPTG, Dr. Jordan had the opportunity to complete clinical affiliations at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in the burn unit, Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in both outpatient orthopedics and outpatient neurological rehabilitation, and Hospital for Special Surgery in outpatient pediatrics. She aspires to use her experience to provide the highest quality of patient care by incorporating positivity, compassion, and a strong work ethic with each and every individual.
