Dr. Jade Tuchschmidt, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group in Downtown Hoboken. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in American Sign Language from Liberty University in 2021, and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Missouri (“Mizzou”) in 2025.
Dr. Jade brings a strong clinical foundation through her diverse rotations in acute care, outpatient orthopedics, and outpatient neurology. Her areas of clinical experience include treating individuals with a wide range of orthopedic diagnoses, post-operative conditions, and vestibular disorders. Her passion for vestibular therapy is personal—she was once a patient herself—and this lived experience fuels her empathy and dedication to helping others navigate similar challenges. Dr. Jade is deeply committed to using evidence-based practice tailored to each patient’s goals. She believes in helping individuals discover the form of movement or exercise that best fits their lifestyle and supports their long-term well-being.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Jade, along with her husband and two dogs, enjoys exploring new restaurants, site seeing around NJ and NYC area, as well as enjoying a quiet cup of matcha. As a therapist, Jade is driven by a deep commitment to helping her patients return to the activities they love with confidence, strength, and purpose.
