Dr. Hailey Piemonte is a dedicated and compassionate physical therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group in Hoboken, NJ. She is a New Jersey native from Bergen County with a passion for helping patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Rhode Island with her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and minor in Psychology. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Kean University. During her time at Kean, she completed clinical rotations at a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics in Tampa, FL, outpatient orthopedics and sports conditioning in Wayne, NJ and inpatient rehabilitation in Colorado Springs, CO.
Dr. Piemonte has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patient populations, including orthopedic, pre and post operative, pediatrics, geriatrics and patients with various neurological diagnoses. She has worked to improve patient’s gait and balance issues, strength and mobility deficits, sports injuries, vestibular symptoms and more. She believes in patient centered care and creating personalized treatment plans that blend evidence-based techniques with patient education.
Outside of the office, Dr. Piemonte spends time with friends, family, and her dog, Clyde. She loves being outside, whether it’s at the beach, hiking or traveling. Fun fact: she has dual citizenship (American and British)! She also stays active in the gym which helps her connect with patients on a personal level and understand the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle.
