Dr. Moura Ibrahim is a skilled physical therapist at Exchange Physical therapy Group in Weehawken. She earned her bachelor in science in Biology in 2020 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Kean University in 2023.
Dr. Moura had the opportunity to complete her rotations in multiple orthopedic outpatient settings and an acute care rotation at a Level I trauma hospital in Newark, NJ. Moura has experience treating patients in the realms of orthopedics, neurology, cardiopulmonary and vestibular conditions. Further, post graduation, she had the opportunity to work with a large breadth of patients with complex conditions such as pre and post operative statuses, chronic pain, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, BPPV, and sports related conditions.
In her free time, Moura enjoys dancing, playing sports, weight lifting and journaling in beautiful cafes. Through her love of dancing, Moura incorporates the use of fluid body movements and aims to create a positive and uplifting environment for her patients to encourage them to reach their goals. Furthermore, through her love of journaling and mental health, Moura loves to introspect and uses this to not only improve her patient’s physical health but also their mental health. As a clinician, Moura uses hands-on and progressive overload approaches to facilitate return to function.
