Dr. Noelle Gonzalez is a physical therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group in Edgewater. She earned her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Scranton in 2023 while competing on the women’s track and field team. She continued her education at Scranton, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2026.
Through her clinical experiences, Noelle has developed a strong foundation in orthopedics across a variety of acute care and outpatient settings. She began her clinical rotations at NYU Langone Orthopedic Hospital, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients in the early stages of recovery following orthopedic surgery. She went on to complete clinical rotations at a hospital-based outpatient clinic in Morristown, NJ, as well as an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Boston, MA. These experiences allowed her to work with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, gaining firsthand insight into the progression of orthopedic care from surgery through rehabilitation and return to activity.
Outside of the clinic, Noelle enjoys spending time with friends and family—and is rarely without a coffee in hand. She loves staying active through playing sports, skiing, and running, including the occasional marathon.Noelle’s background as an athlete and her own active lifestyle have shaped her passion for helping patients move confidently, build strength, and return to the activities that are meaningful to them!
