She completed a sports-specific affiliation focused on return-to-sport rehabilitation for high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. She also trained in New York City at a specialized performing arts clinic, where she treated Broadway performers both backstage and in the clinic. Her passion for neurological rehabilitation also grew during her time in an inpatient Brain Recovery unit, where she worked with individuals recovering from stroke and traumatic brain injury, further enhancing her expertise in movement retraining and neuroplasticity.
Dr. Berger works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and lifestyles. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment that empowers patients to take an active role in their recovery and achieve lasting results both in and out of the clinic.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Berger’s love for movement is rooted in her own background as a soccer player and dancer, continuing dance throughout her college years. She stays active through running and has completed multiple half marathons in the tri-state area. Beyond fitness, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Tobi.
Dr. Berger is thrilled to be part of the EPTG family, where she looks forward to fostering strong patient connections and delivering individualized, patient-centered care.
