Dr. Saira Khan is a Physical Therapist at Exchange Physical Therapy Group in Jersey City, New Jersey. A Jersey City native, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Kean University in 2022, graduating magna cum laude, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Kean University in 2026.
Saira has a passion for helping patients regain independence, build confidence, and return to the activities that are meaningful to them. Her clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedics at JFK University Medical Center, inpatient rehabilitation at Clara Maass Medical Center, and specialized pelvic health. Throughout her clinical training, she had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patient populations and conditions.
Saira has completed the Herman & Wallace Level 1 Pelvic Rehabilitation course and has experience treating pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, constipation, and pregnancy/postpartum conditions. She plans to continue expanding her pelvic health education through additional Herman & Wallace courses and continuing education.
When she’s not in the clinic, Saira can usually be found at the gym, trying a new café or restaurant, experimenting with a baking recipe, or getting lost in a good romance or thriller novel.
