CLINIC DIRECTOR

Jaclyn Fulop is a licensed physical therapist with more than fifteen years of clinical practice in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. Recognized as one of the top therapists in New Jersey, Jaclyn is the owner of EPTG, a state-of-the-art PT clinic with six locations in Jersey City, Weehawken, Hoboken and Edgewater NJ. Exchange Physical Therapy Group, has achieved national recognition, ranking as one of Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Healthcare from 2020-2024. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food and Exercise from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida A & M University.

In 2019, Jaclyn was nominated by Governor Murphy and approved by the New Jersey Senate to serve as a member of the New Jersey State Board of PT Examiners.

In her capacity as a board member, she is responsible for the regulation and oversight for all physical therapists across the state of New Jersey.

Jaclyn is also a dedicated advocate for early detection breast cancer awareness and serves on the advisory board of the breast cancer awareness organization, Let’s Save Ma. Through her work on the board, Jaclyn plays an active role promoting the importance of regular screenings and advocating for improved detection methods to help educate the community about breast cancer and raise awareness about the disease. In 2023 she raised $80,000 for Let’s Save Ma to help fund mammograms for patients who are uninsured. 

An avid animal lover, Jaclyn served on the executive board member for the Liberty Humane Society, one of the state’s largest animal shelters from 2018-2023. With EPTG, she helped to raise over $300,000.00 to launch the first low-cost mobile spay and neuter program for Hudson County. 

Jaclyn is also a Lululemon ambassador for the American Dream Mall, partnering with the world renowned fitness brand on social impact programs and wellness initiatives. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Just Health, Carepoint Health’s philanthropic arm. She is a member of the APTA and the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce. Jaclyn is a proud working mom of three and resides in Jersey City with her husband Steven, their son Jaxon and their two daughters Stassi and Sage.
