Jaclyn Fulop is a board licensed physical therapist with more than ten years of clinical practice in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. Recognized as one of the top therapists in New Jersey, Jaclyn is the owner of Exchange Physical Therapy Group, a state-of-the-art PT clinic with locations in Jersey City, Weehawken, and Hoboken. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food and Exercise Science from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in PT from Florida A&M University.
In 2019, Jaclyn was nominated by Governor Murphy and approved by the New Jersey Senate to serve as a member of the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. In her capacity as a board member, she is responsible for the regulation and oversight for all physical therapists across the state.
An avid animal lover, Jaclyn serves as an executive board member for the Liberty Humane Society, one of the state’s largest animal shelters. With EPTG, she helped raise over $230,000 to launch the first low-cost mobile spay and neuter program for Hudson County. Additionally, she is a member of the APTA and Hudson County Chamber of Commerce. Jaclyn is a proud working mom and resides in Jersey City with her husband Steven and their son Jaxon.
